Totally dead

Sir I have purchase a Motorola MOTOYUVA W230 on 16/03/08 from MobileNXT City light branch and on 01/04/08 it automatically got dead totally. I had visited Motorola service center at Bhatar Road on 05/04/08 and your Service engineer checked and he asked me to visit in 3days and till now I didn’t got any response from the service centre.

Till now my mobile is warranty period and the detail is as follow

Tell me when I am going to get my problem solved

I hope you will revert back to my mail otherwise I am going to take a seviour action on this issue
