I participated in an event of fashion show titling Mr Miss Amritsar 2010

Movers & Shakers Dance and Modelling Academy organised a fshion show titled Mr & Miss Amritsar 2010 on 23rd May before the show they did a big publicity of the show in which they declared a modelling contract for the winners of the event i.e. Mr & Miss Amritsar 2010.

25 Boys & 15 girls were selected after auditions of 3 days, finally the finalists were selected for the final show which is on 23rd May. MD of the organisation Mr. Vipul Talwar charged Rs 700/- from each participant as some entry fees.

On the grand finale show i.e. 23rd May, all participants were called to the venue widout any preparation & guidance, the event turned around wisely and at the end of the show me stood 1st in boys as a winner of the title Mr. Amritsar 2010 and Miss. Prabjot Kaur got title of Miss. Amritsar 2010. We both are freshers and not from Mr. Vipul s Academy i.e. not internal students of Mr. Vipul, As per their advertisements we hav to get the contract from them but we did nt even got the winning certificate on the final show day. They even not published our picture in the next day s newspaper just becoz we are not their internal students we won because of our own hard work and the other reason is that judges were from outside and fair in judgement.

After 2-3 days of the show we demanded our certificates and the contract, Mr vipul started delaying that by making some sort of excuses, he wasted about 15 days by saying that certificates are under printing and all that excuses, he chraged a huge amount for photographs and other stuff. He again wasted few days and we use to call him continously but he don t pick our phone, finally after many days he picked our phone and asked us to come and collect the winning certificates on 18 June. We went to collect the certificate but got shocked to see the certificate which we got from their end, they were so unprofessional and useless. Mr Vipul did nt met us on that day someone else gave the certificates to us.

Now after that he denies to give us the winning contract which include 1 video album, 2 print adds & 2 fashion shows. He harassed us mentally & financially during this time period. I have all the proofs which reveals that how they advertised the winning contract before the show and now they turned off from it.

Please help us in this concern as we have wasted our time & money in this matter.
