Moserbaer MP3 player is the worst product with worst service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a 2GB MP3 Player (MP565-2G, Code - M13CBMC3103261A), at 12th August 09, The battery is too weak. After playing 4-5 songs the battery will go down. That's it. I have give it to service center of Moserbaer in Kolkata center. After 1 month i got another and old MP3 player with same model from the service center. The mobile number of that person (service man of Moserbaer) who cheat me is 98306 03878.

Now the another problem is that the output is not working. And the product value is 0 for me.

I have cash memo of that product.

Please help me, and suggest me what should I have to do.
