ENTIRE SYSTEM RECD IN BROKEN CONDITION

I had ordered the above based on a mail recd at my Id which seems to be O.K.I ordered on COD.OrderRef.5211689.REcd.on 4.3.09 thro'Aramex courier. Cash paid. On opening the courier the set had broken& Mp-3 iwas not working. Took Photos of the damaged along with courier cover &mailed complaint on the same night 4.3.09.

Recd query from Mr. Javed seeking the condition of the items at the time of receipt on 6.3.09.Replied via the same mail route again attaching the photos-which are self-explanatory about the uselessness of the products.

Still to-day no reply recd for the refund of my money. I want to proceed against them in consumer court if donot receive my money with in 20.3.09.
