MP4 cideo iPOD 2GB
Did not give replacement

Hi,

I purchased 2 pcs. of video iPOD from Unicef electronics by Rediff online shopping and each costed Rs. 1100. But company has sent me a wrong product (MP3 ipod, each costed Rs. 400.00). I called to Unicef electronics and I was told to send that product back. I spent Rs. 200.00 as courrier charge and i sent both iPod back to Unicef electronics on 01/05. Even after a week there is no reply and no call response from them. My order no. is 5336171.

Kindly do the needful and there must be some penalty for this types of fraud company. Same type of incidense occured with another person who had written about it in this forum.
