MP4 PLAYER
Ordered goods not delivered, no response for enquiries

I had placed an order on 22 dec for an MP4 player through rediff shopping. Order no 5088820. i received a sealed parcel through armex courriers on 29 dec. To my shock and horror when opened the parcel i found that there was only the accessories like the earphones, minidisc, charger and the instr. manual. the actual MP4 player was not there. I enquired with courrier company who told that they had received only on parcel and it was sealed and untampered.

last three days i have been tring to contact the vendor Jasprret sahni, on phone but there is no response. and same is the case with the mails sent to the vendor. I am still to receive a response from the customer care at rediffmail.

also the from the accessories thath has been received it is quite evident that the product is a cheap and low quality one and is not waht that is shown in the website of rediff shopping.
