High amount of electricity bill

My name is pooja manglani. I am situated at 45-B Dwarkapuri, Indore. Our Electricity bill comes in the name of Meeradevi.

I have deposited my pending amount of bill in the month of december & settle my account. At the time of settle the account i had said for changing the Electricity meter by employee of M.P.E.B. & I did that. then after every month i have deposited the amount of electricity bill before the last date.

In the month of march, meter reading was 148units. & in the month of april meter reading has increased upto 528units. Generaly Bill comes Rs200-300 approx. But of the month of april electricity bill has come Rs1700.

About this problem my mother & father went to M.P.E.B. but there has no any response given to my parents.

please solve our problem.
