I had applied for passport in january...

i got it with mistakes in my surname and mother's name in may...

later i applied for miscellaneous (form number 2) and 500rupees for the form in july but still i did not receive my passport...

my old file number is Z60002708.. it contains mistake...

details are updated in net... The corrected form file number is H01303908.. police verification is done...

i have been selected for MPHASIS, an EDS company... they are asking for passport.. i have send them by 22 novmember 2008.. if i fail to send it then they will reject my offer letter.. so please do issue me passport as soon as possible...
