Final settlement not done after 2 months of resignation

Hi,

I (Srinivasarao Potnuru Emp ID 2057192) used to work in MphasiS till 3rd Nov.

Till date (19th Jan) my final settlement was not done and my service certificate is not given. I had submitted them PF withdraw forms and and now they are quoting they did n't receive the same.

If i need to pay something (legally) to company, they can inform. But they are unnecessarily holding my things and troubling me a lot. When i resigned i was given with a email id hrhelpdesk@mphasis.com and its phone number 40275858 which is not at all useful. I had sent many mails and called many times. Still my issue is not resolved.

Could you help me on this.
