Phone disconnect

I am the user of BSNL land line My contact no is 0512-2500093 .I am also using BSNL dataone

My phone has been disconnected on date 19/03 due to nonpayment of bill for the month of Feb09

While i have submitt the bill at telegraph office kakadeo kanpur details are as under

Date Of payment:-06/03

Mode of payment:- Cash

Bill NO :- 77960451

Bill date :- 01/12 to 31/01

Bill amount :-402 INR

I am rasing this issue in consumer forum because as a gov. Body it cannot be tolereted. I am facing the problem Since19/03/09
