Faulty connection to Mete

There is fluctuation in electricity supply, which is dangerous, there is sparking in Meter.

Complaint was lodged earlier, temporary arrangement done by lineman/technician. I was asked to buy a new meter from the co. which costs around Rs. 3000/-

Now, the problem has started again. The line man attanded the complaint after a personal visit to the office, where I lodged a written complaint.

I am told by the Builder of my house that the mistake was done by the MPMKVV staff when the meter was installed about 1 and a half years back. there was a loose connection of external supply wire to the meter and that is the reason for this problem.

but there is no one to listen to my complaints, the staff at Shakti nagar office insists only that I should pay for the meter then only they will act and replace it.

Why Should I Pay for this, as a consumer I have no knowledge of electricity supply and equipments put at my residence, Quality check is the responsibility of the company.

I want this to be resolved immediately, else all kinds of damage to property and life will have to be borne by the company.
