Non Payment Of Increase in pension on attaining 80years of age

Dear Sir,

I am Mrs Ira Ghosh wife of late Maj SN Ghosh (IC5018) a family pensioner drawing my pension from the State Bank Of India Mathura Road Branch N. Delhi. I have an savinngs fund account .with this branch, a/c No. 18479329923 and PPO No. M/S/02009. I have attained the age of 80years on 25 Aug (DOB 25/8/1931). I have informed the bank in writing to start payment of 20% increase in my pension wef 25/8 as granted by the 6th pay commission. Despite my repeated requests the bank is not taking any action. I request that an interest as per the rules be paid to me for the delay on the part of the bank and payment made with arrears immediately. Please help me. Your.
