About passport reward prize
No stock of reward prize since 8 month

Dear Sir,

With due respect I mr srikant pattnayak a passport member of Hero Honda passport programme. Here I want to know you it is my 4th reminder to you. If you are not able to answer to your customer so why you are open this site close it as soon as possible. I had aspect that company head office can solve the problem but I found that all are irresponsible and no attention to wards their customer, if sub-dealer make any mistake than customer can complain Dealer but here I found from grass root to top level all are cheated motto, and policy is how to cheat people.

I got more than 35, 000 point in my passport but I cannot get my reward prize. Whenever I m going to nearest dealer the consent dealer is saying that no stock, come evening, at the time evening passport madam is going out side. On the next day no stock. I m coming more than 50 km from my village 4 time in month. But your dealer is unable to provide the reward gift which is providing by company and I feeling often in show room.

So my question to you that if u are not able to maintain the programme so please close the passport programme as soon as possible. All customer are very disappoint to you, your programme and also your dealer. Reward is not a matter of disappoint. I m very disappoint that a global level brand company dealer and also company customer care behaving like as barbarous and un civilized. The consent dealer is saying that lodge complain to head office.

According to me that all members of hero Honda family is one motto how can we will cheat to people and cheating is our motto. I was lodged complain more than five time by e-mail but no body is listen that so u can imagine that how service will get customers. So my suggest to you don’t loose your dignity of global level reputed brand. Don’t appoint a bastard dealer like as our dealer. Selling target is not a achievement of the company also customer satisfaction is great achievement of the company. My details is fallowing that:-
