I am accpeted your terms and conditions shown in the above letter.

Due to unavoidable circumstances I am not in the Head Quarters.

But your Executive/official is threatning me over by phone today.

I told that gentlemen that I am out of station and I am coming on

28th of this month. He is not ready to accept my request.

I hereby requesting you to dont send Executive/anybody to my residence regardidng collection, as soon as I reached Mysore I will contact your Mysore Branch.

I am not paying even a single pai to your Executive, I will settle

as early as possible. This is for your kind information and oblige.
