Abnormal delay in delivery of gas cylinde

Dear Sirs,

This is to inform you that i have Booked a refill gas order no 99 dated.18.9.2009 with M/s. Anirban enterprises 43 Ramcharan sett rd. How.4.over phone but it is a matter of regret that till today i have not received my gas cylinder. Though the gas cylinder has been booked after 15 days from the date of last supply meade by the distributor. It is a matter of great regret that after a gap of almost more than one month(>35 days) the undersigned yet to receive the same.

I have tried to contact the dealer over phone but it is always found to be busy. I am facing such problem with the dealer for the lats 2 months. Even though i have double cylinder, i have not been supplied the gas even in the festival like durga puja. My both the cylinder are empty and i have to purchase K. Oil from the market to cook food on stoves which is very hardship for me.

I want to know whether there is any time frame for booking the cylinder and supply made by the dealer or they can do as they like best.
