Refund of Processing Fee Cheque

Sub: Refund of processing fee of Rs. 5618.00 Vide Ch. No. 383939 dated: 10.12.2008

Respected Sir,

I, Kulbhooshan Gupta, applied for a housing loan of Rs. 15 Lacks in Deutsche Bank. I also provided a cheque of Rs. 5618.00 (Rs. Five thousand six hundred eighteen only) vide Ch. No. 383939, dated 10.12.2008 of Bank of India, Noida for the same purpose. The cheque was encashed from my bank account on dated 12.12.2008 after completing all the formalities, my case was declined. No valuation has been done by the bank. How could my cheque encashed without any valuation or other banking formalities? I request to please refund my cheque. Early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
