Non receipt of PF

Dear Sir,

I am Pushkala, I was working in M/s. Balaji Mariline Pvt Ltd., Chennai upto 30.11.2008. My Pf No. is DL/28468/55. I submitted the claim form vide Balaji Mariline Pvt Ltd., New Delhi and now i received a

letter from your office No.60, Skylark Buildling, Nehru place, New Delhi - 110 509 requesting me to submit a fresh specimen signature along with the claim form. Actually this letter is a copy to me and it has been addressed to M/s, Balaji Mariline pvt ltd., No.72/73, Rohit House, Vishwa Karma colony, New Delhi - 110 044. When I enquired M/s. Balaji, New delhi office they are telling me they have not received any letter as well as the claim form from PF office.

Kindly advice me what should i do now, i have not yet received the specimen sigature form as well as the claim form what i have submitted to you. how should i proceed now.
