Stayorder-Unsecured loan A/c No 680397 from Barclays Bank Plc

Anuj Srivastava Was sanctioned an unsecured loan of Rs 960, 000/- on 14th Aug at 19% for 84 months.

Later on after fighting with Barclays, the rate of interest was reduced to 16.50% & after receiving Rs 20744/- the loan amount was rescheduled and EMI of Rs 19342/- was agreed & 1st EMI was to be deducted from 5th Jan onwards. Till date 18 EMIs of Rs 19342/- (19342 X 18 = 348156 20744 21537= 390437) have already been paid by the undersigned.

Since M/s Bhawani Infotech (P) Ltd is a very Small Scale Industry & Outsourcing Agency so the has been generating employment for poor & needy people and has been trying to contribute towards economic growth of the country, may we request to consider as M/s Bhawani Infotech (P) Ltd has been facing some financial crisis due to recession & economic slowdown globaly.

We have already missed three EMIs of Rs 19342/- due on 5th July, 5th Aug & 5th Sep 2009 due to financial crisis. Our dispute with Barclays Bank Plc has not been settled & we are also afraid that inspite of good intention of paying back our name Is being sent for CIBIL.

Please arrange a Stay Order for not sending our name to CIBIL.
