Goods lost

I have shipped my goods from kolkata to mumbai thru this packers and movers who promised me the best services. but after receiving i found that the costliest luggage was missing. I find hard to understand howcome the costliest bag from the entire lot could be misplaced and moreover these guys seems to have no mechanism of tracking the goods. After calling them many times i was asked to claim the insurance. they are simply good for nothing. please be aware before handing over your goods to this packers and movers.
