Non release of EPF amount

Sir,

My claim for release of EPF (No. DL-32177/0157 in the name of Deepak Khurana was submitted by my Employer during 2008 to RPFC office. But due to reasons best known to above office, my EPF was not released. During I requested my Ex-employer M/s Craftsmen to intimate me the status of the claim. They informed that this will have to be submitted afresh as there are some deficiencies. Actually, there was no shortcoming otherwise EPF office could have returned the claim. The claim has again been submitted by my employer as per their requirements during May, but despite my repeated requests, amount has not been released so far. On checking of the status, it shows that is under process. It is not understood for how many years this will remain under process. I shall be grateful if you kindly get the EPF amount released at the earliest possible.
