we have 3 connections of us and our daughter, the agency staff are not taking booking for one month, we wont recieve cylinder properly as the people of the agency sell the cylinders for high cost and doesnot give cylinders even after 10 days of booking they change the booking date, and say that the door was locked with false statements even though we wait for the delivery man to come to our residence, and the staff use vulgar language with the customers when we go to get the information and they are ready to push us out, you having this complaint form not taking action against these complaints as i am giving the 4th complaint since one week what is the use of your complaint list when action is not taken towards for distributor for the easier

delivery of cylinders to the customers
