I am sorry to inform you that fixation of my pension has not yet been finalized although in accordance with the instruction communicated vide your letter no MH/PF/SAO/KVL/50/819 dated 16.01 2006 I had sent the required FORM No. 10D duly filled in on 16.02.2007 for your kind perusal and necessary action at your end.

Sir, in this regard I would like to say that on completing 58 years of age I retired from my service from M/s Dodsal Private Limited, 702, Prism Tower, Wing ‘A’, Lake Road, Goregaon, Mumbai 400062, in March and as a result of non-settlement of my Pension for the last 3 years my dues are still pending causing immense hardship in passing my days with my wife. At present my condition is very acute mainly due to high rising of prices of consumer goods

In view of the above I fervently request you to look into the matter personally and take suitable steps so that I may get my settlement dues as early as possible and for that act of kindness I will ever grateful to you.
