Frequent powercuts

We in progressive pride belapur sector 20 plot no g58, g59, are sick and tired of the frequent power cuts done for 3hrs in the morning, 3hrs in the evening n also at night sometimes at 11.25pm or 2.30am, if our ministers n cidco boast of the hi-tech city pls let me add its a city without a basic amenity electricity. On 5th aug night the current went at 2.30am, when i called mseb belapur to complaint-i was told they were working on some failure in kharghar n our current would be restored in half an hour-which did not happen, does mseb get only the night to work-what are the doing during the day? we as consumers would want to charge mseb for everytime there's a failure.we are working people we need some rest atleast at night.pls do something and take mseb to task.disgusted consume
