Not receiving our bills

Hello sir

my consumer number is 410016667076.i just want to complain regarding the lazzyness and the irregularity of the mseb officals of lashkaribagh subdivision office of nagpur region (code 4680) here the officials dont care to provide the printed bills to the costomer and for giving complaint they just provide duplicate bills and promose that frm next time it wont happen and next time itis the same story the appartment in which i live many people havent got there bills from past three months and in my case i havent got my bills from past 6 months i was able to pay my bills as i have opted for the ebill system of the mseb but frm past 2 months on that also they arte postint the bills after the due date has passed you will be surprised to know that i got my dec bill in feb so you can imagine how lazy these bunch of officers are!!!

it is a humble request to the concerned official to look into the matter and punish the guilty
