MSEB
Continuous outage of electricity Supply

Hi,

I am resident of secor - 9, Airoli, Navi Mumabi. We get electricty from MSEB. but service has been very poor. I have following complaints aginst service.

1) Electricity is removed at any time apart from regular load shedding hours.

2) There is continuous problem with3 phase supply and we do not get power supply when one of the phase is down.

3) officials from MSEB do not take calls if we want to report power supply problems.

4) It seems basic problem is in the poor infrastructure of the power supply. MSEB officials do not address that cause. They provide with shoort term solution which increases the problem.

Please convey MSEB officials to provide continous power supply.
