Harrasment by MSEB Engineers

We experience a power cut off every day despite of NO-LOAD SHEDDING. Almost every alternate day we have a power cut-off at midnight 12 and the power is off for the whole night. Even worse this happens on week-days and week-ends during the day time as well and the power is not restored for a day. When we connect the complaint number there is no response, no remedy and no action at all. The phone attendants is not aware of the status. Above all the engineer "Abhay Patil" he is not reachable, We are sure that he is deliberately harrasing us.
