MSEB bill - issue with the amount

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had installed the MSEB meter at my new flat, B-203, Unity Park, S.No. 43, Kondwa Khurd under Consumer number 160250717714. Since last August till Feb I have not been using the flat and once I moved in, my average bill was around 80 units per month amounting to Rs 180-Rs 190/-. Surpisingly my electricity bill for the month of August has turned up to a tune of Rs 7100/- with unit usage of 1031 units. Seek help in understanding the reason for the same. Either the reading noted is faulty or the meter kept for the premises is faulty.

The electronic equipments used at the premises are same since month of Feb so how can the unit usage increase so much without any further electrical usage.
