New charges implemented from month of April 09

Dear Sir/madam,

I am owning a flat at Warje, b2/702, Atul nagar, warje, pune 52. I have paid 5000Rs as advance. From april onwards one more component is added as THAKBAKI which is Rs. 576 every month.

I have personally visited the MSBE Kothrud complaint counter, there is no valid answer given. Many people were having same query. The compliant officers said that its increase in the value for per unit, but if its increase in the value for per unit then why was it not added when mulitply the units with the said amount why was it added as THAK BAKI.

No Answer from officers. This is more than six months now everytime they are deducting 576 ruppees.

Please help me in resolving this issue.
