Long hours of powercut, pathetic condition of roads

Pathetic Condition...
I reside at Mumbra. The powercut hours are more than the expected timings. It is almost 9 hours.
The condition of roads between mumbra station and retibunder is pathetic. kindly bring such issues to the notice of some person who can sort out such problems.
