Right to Information on my Bill - 000170465750

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am a consumer of the above bill no and I pay my bill regularly before the due date. But lately I have observed that I have and additiona Security Deposit in my bill. I dont mind in paying the same but when I went to the Mumbra Kausa Electric Board Office @ MEK Company the public relation officer out there is very rude and not ready to explain me the reason I need to pay this amount. Also there is something called as "SAMYOJIT RAKKAM" what amout is this I am not aware. I feel I should know what I am paying for. Someone should be responsible to explain me that.

There it would be highly appreciable I someone explains me what I am paying for.
