Poor service, substandard invertor battery

This company, ABS Electronics, based in Kailash colony supplied the invertor and I got new batterries from them in Aug. Within 8 to 10 months the battery/invertor started giving problems. The company only visited once during battery warranty time and charged me Rs.250. But the problem was never solved. Even after dozens of phone calls to the company proprietor, he did not get the problem fixed.

They would promise to send someone to check the invertor/battery every time I call - but nobody came. This continued for over six months. The last time I talked to the proprietor, he simply put the phone down while I was speaking. Finally I had to get the thing checked and fixed with another company.

Though, initially (5 yrs back) they had given good service, now they give very poor service or rather NO service. My experience has been horrible. Not only do they give no service, but they are rude.

SHAME ON YOU ABS ELECTRONICS.
