BILLS ARE RECEIVED AFTER DUE DATE

I am staying in sector 5, kharghar, adhiraj garden. Since 3 months the electicity bills are delivered in our society after due date. This means we always have to pay extra money as late payment fees upto Rs. 40- Rs. 50/- per month for no mistake of ours. Kindly hlep
