Billing without meter reading by declairing running meter as faulty

My consumer no is 181011962313 for which monthly reading unit was in average of 125 unit per billing and in the month of May 09 bill has been shown for 216 unit without mentioning meter reading with billing amount of Rs. 566 whereas in this month my house was locked for about 20 days & we have family of 2 adult & one child with CFL feetings who hardly stay at lonavla in said room.
Further it has been observed that my existing meter has been changed for without any reason by showing faulty meter in our absence without intimation to the consumer.
