Non settlement of PF amount after resignation

I was working the above said company from Nov to Oct and I reigned in Nov. My PF amount under PF Account No. KN/34550/29, is yet to be received by me. I was informed by th company that all necessary document for settlement have been sent to Bommasandra sub-regional office at Bangalore long time back - say during june- july. Till now I have not heard anything either from Emulex Communications or from the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, sub-regional office, II Floor, CMC Building, Hosur Road, Bommasandra, Bangalore - 560058. It is requested that necessary instructions may kindly be issued to settle my PF account.
