Energy Economizer is not working

Dear Sir,

This is to inform to you that, i (Juzar Nazarali Madhia) have been purchaged & fixed an energy saver at out residence which has been purchased from M/s Energy Consumption Optimisers Pvt. Ltd.

From the day we fixed the device, at our residence, Energy bill has been increased more than 40%, as they informed us the bill will coe 30% to 40% less.

We repeatedly calling the company who have been fixed the device, they keep on promising me that they will send the engineer and rectify the problem. After few weeks they stop attending my calls.

Please look into this matter and do the needful.
