CHEATING FROM ECS EXECUTIVE

Dear Sir,

I had requested for ECS and your Executive came at my home and took signatures on the form.

I had told that my salary cheque will clear after third day of month hence clearing date should be 5 th of every month.

Your executive agreed it but i am observing that you are sending invoice on first of every month. Therefore i am bound to make arrangement of your payment one month in advance.

This month my bank balance has been LESS THAN the REQUIRED BALANCE. My cheque will clear on second or third of Jan 08. Therefore please change the effective date to 5 th of every month so as to avoid further complications.

Pl note that i am never a defaulter.

Further i agree that it is my mistake to sign the form blindly. But you should not misuse our faith.
