Dear Sir,

I have lodged complaint regarding disturbance in my land line telephone from last 5 days. Every time I get a call whether the telephone is OK and without listeining any thing the same is dissconnected. I am having land line from last 8 yrs and brodband service since 5 yrs. I am very much disturb due to inconsistency of service in telephone. Due to distubance in land line i am not able to get the ADSL link and my broadband is also not working.

In our local area the persons from your deptt. every time dig for the cable and distubs the telephone networks in the area and the digged cable. Please help me.
