Non delivery of vehicle even 25 days after making full payment

I have booked Activa two wheeler for my daughter K Ramya on 3rd August.

I have also paid deposit of Rs. 1000/- for booking - Receipt No. ASC3/09-10/02835-SR dated 3rd August.

It was informed that the vehicle will be delivered by 3rd September, and asked me to pay the balance amount. I have taken vehicle loan from M/s. HDFC Bank. I have paid the margin money of Rs. 19996 as cash vide receipt No. ASC3/09-10/03465-SR Dated 29-09 and the balance amount was disbursed to the Company by the Bank.

It was learnt from the executives that, M/s. Fortune Motors and M/s. HDFC Bank have tie up and deliver the vehicles early to the HDFC Bank consumers. They promised to deliver the vehicle on 3rd September. But till date, no response from them even after 25 days from the date of full payment. I am contacting regularly, every time it was informed that they will deliver in 2 or 3 days as there is no stock. I am paying interest to the Bank

I am unable to know when the vehicle will be delivered to me.

It is requested to highter authorites of M/s. Fortune Motors to interevene into the matter and arrange to deliver the vehicle early.

I also request the M/s. Honda Motors to arrange to deliver the vehicle immediately as I have paid the full amount.
