Non delivery of cylinder on time

Sir,

I am Indira. A. Halemani wish to bring to your kind notice that I had received my last cylinder on 14/8. Further I am alloted one more cylinder on 23/9 which I could not receive because of door lock. Over phone I made repeated requests to M/s Ganesh Traders, H P gas dealers, Narayanpur Dharwad to send my cylinder. But one of his staff arrogantly told that we should be at home when cylinder is sent, because of doorlock we will send it whenever it is possible. I am constrained to lodge this complaint because till today i have not received my cylinder. Today my husband went & requested them but they told that they have already given a receipt to the supply man to give cylinder. but on their assurance my husband came back thinking that we will get our cylinder today, . But to my surprise I couldnot get it today also. Sir the cylinder which I was supposed to receive on 23/9 has not reached me till today, tomorrow again he as assured me of the supply. If I fail to get tomorrow I will bring it to your notice. I request you to make necessary enquiry & issue instructions if required to fecilitate smooth timely supply. Looking forward for your early action in the matter.
