I have purchased one Ab Slimmer Sauna Belt from you on 03 Oct.

A/C No. V 00100 through Buisness Express, Elbee.

However, soon after purchase, the belt started getting too hot at the point where the cable is joined with the belt.

In fact, it began to cause skin - burns.

Due to lack of knowledge about your complaint forum, I could not inform you in time.

May I request you to replace the product please and restore our fauith in your brand?
