Disturbance from the smoke of Generator

I am having shop name M/S GIMMY GARMENTS, mandi road, near railway station, jalandhar. Our neighbours shop is of M/S kohinoor sanitations and they run generator to operate the factory during power cuts. The exhaust pipe of the generator is bent towards my shop due to which the whole of the smoke comes to my shop.

I want to bring in your kind notice that i am a senior citizen. Moreover, I am a TB patient due to which the smoke of generator suffocates me and chokes me while breathing. I hope you will understand the situation and take necessary action to make the situation better, as soon as possible.
