Withdrawal of Provident Fund

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I worked in M/s Global Infratel Pvt. Ltd., G-125, Sushant Lok, Phase III, Sector 57, Near Arahant Hospital, Gurgaon, Haryana - 12 Phone no. 9810364466, 9891103500, 0124- 4205770/71, having its registered office at P4, 3rd floor, Black Burn Lane, Kolkatta - 700012, Phone no. 0332237.0335489, 09830034633, from 12th January to 14th September. Inspite of several verbal and written reminder to company's Director Mr. Ramkesh Jangra, till date not able to withraw my Provident Fund amount which was deducting every month from my salary as a Provident Fund deduction by the organisation. I am sending registered post of all documentry proof to PF commissioner Kolkatta and Gurgaon also. I request you to please help me in getting my PF amount which was deducted from my salary for eight and half month.
