Builder is refusing to hand over a copy of allotment letter for my car park for my flat

Dear sir

booked a 3 BHK flat in oct. Apts was ready by sep 2002. My flat was taken over in nov by my repesentative. No specific allotment of car park against flat were made initially though gurranted. I was away on active military duty till occupied the flat in dec. Cark park marked for my flat was the smallest and the most inconienced.

My request for review of the parking space was not heard either by the executives of the adhoc society nor by the builder. I was keeping my car in another parking space vaacant as the owner is away in dubai till date. Recently that car space was blocked by some scooter/ moto cycle compelling me to park in another parking space then vacant.

A police complaint was made by the office bearers of the adhoc commitee.and a case under IPC 341/506 made against me by the police.

I would like to complaint against the buider who is solely responsible for this insult to me to the CONTRACTORS Association as well as to the concerned deptt. I do not know where exactly the complaint against the builder be lodged.
