Airtel Net work problem

I am observing network problem on our Airtel mobile 9959911051 to 9959911060 since last 4-5 days.

I am getting any incoming calls and while answering call is cutoff and mobile shows low range network. My friends, relatives, tried to call me no. of times in last 4-5 days and all are observing the same message as "No answer". They not able to hear any message nor any ringtone when they call. The probelm is in our network area only. I already lodged the complaint on Airtel Customer service but there is no solution provided from Customer care executive.

Please clarify whether you will be able to solve this problem or not.
