Ignorance of security of childrens

Dear Sir,

My son was studying in that school in class VI, school is located at Panchi near Kharkhoda P.S., Hapur- Meerut road, in jungle there is no security gaurds in day or night, on 25.11.2007 four children including my son gone to any place in afternoon at 2.00 P M . school authority not inform to police or parents till 7.30 P M, I called to school at 4.00 p m the cook told me that childrens gone for heir cutting when come back he will call me. but not inform the actual information, after 7.30 pm a call from school Mr. Sudhir told me that childrens gone awey without information to warden or any staff.

after I reach at hastal school authority not inform to police

it means they are involved in this . if we are paying 50000/- of fee to school so school have responcibility of childrens security.

Sir, I want to sue a case on Chairmen/ principal/ superviser of school. please advise me.
