with due respect i beg to say that i vishal narula is the co-owner of second floor of kothi no.b-1/602 janak puri new delhi.sir the owners of the ground floor&first floor are doing illegal construction there.sir i had submit by hand complaint against them as on 17/4/09 at at rajori garden bhawan vibagh complaint centre&second complaint was submitted by me as on 30/4/09 at the same place.sir but no action is taken by the m.c.d executive persons.sir the owners of the gf & ff are changed the basic foundation of the kothi sir they acquire the common area from front side and back side as well as from the center of the kothi for there selfishness.sir the owners of the GF made the extra kitchen bathrooms&living rooms there which are not as per the origenal site plan & the FF owners are capturing the space for there bathrooms.sir i had file a civilsuit against them 23/4&the court issue the status que as on 2/5/09 by the next date of hearing which is on 25/5.sir i came to know that the construction work is going on at the site.sir i also written in my submitted application that if my any right will be void by this construction then m.c.d will be responsible for that.sir i request you to investigate the whole matter as soon as possible.
