Commercial usage of residential property

I would like to bring to your notice the commercial usage of residential property in residential area C-5/149, Ground floor, Keshav Puram, Lawrance Road, Delhi-110035.They are using their house as a godown and book binding store. Whenever they deliver the lots of books to store, 2-3 tempos or trucks occupy the whole street and interfere in the passenger's way. The tempo and trucks driver passes the comments on the ladies. They also use and waste lot of water. We are really fed up of this and want you to take some action against, as we are not getting proper conditions for living in that area. Those books they are selling or binding, I don’t thinks that those books are legal.
