Complaint against contracto

Dear Sir,

I am a sub- contractor with M/s K K Spun Pipes Pvt. Ltd. since year who is a Contractor with your esteemed Company. I have been hired by the aforesaid Company for installing Manholes and other Project work.

I am a regular sub contractor with this Company. The above Company also installs some manholes at its own. In-fact the difficult manholes are always assigned to me. Company has noticed my expertise in this work. The most difficult part of total contract with the Company is always assigned to me, which company itself finds not able to do or do with difficulties.

The above company never showed any interest in making a formal agreement or contract with me. It never made any payment, for work contracted to me, in cheque to me, despite my repeated requests. My request for all these was always turned down or I was given assurances that I will be made official after some time in future.

Now the above company is not clearing my dues since long on this or that pretext. Whenever I go to claim my payment I am told to reconcile my accounts with the company, whereas Company’s own account are in mess or not made properly, Accountant keep changing.

So far, I have submitted my accounts to 4-5 Accountants in turn since they keep on changing and also mailed my accounting statement several times to Director Mr. Himanshu Kumar Gupta even also Chairman Mr. Parmod Kumar Gupta

of Company.

A sum of Rupees twelve laces twenty five thousand approx is outstanding for work Done by me for contracts relating to Airtel alone ever since year 2005.A sum of Rs Eighteen lacs eighty two thousand for Reliance and Sixteen laces Fourty thousand nine hundred thirty is also outstanding for work done by me for VSNL etc.

I have really worked hard and invested funds which I borrowed in the hope to earn.

I am putting my sincere request to you with all the hope of getting my long standing hard earned money. Several hundred rounds to this company for getting my payment, reconciling my accounts have ended in vain and frustration only.
