Non delivery of Gas cylinde

I Mr P.D.Kalelkar, staying at flat No.16 Navprasanna Coop. Hsg. society LBS Road Pune. I booked

with M/s L.D.Bhave Tilak Rd. Pune my LPG cylinder distributor on 30.09.2010. I enquired on Phone.

But every time I am told your No. is not yet come. It is very rediculous even after 15 days I could

not receive cylinder. Herebefore I could not receive cylinder refilled before 8/10 days. I regret to note

that Hotel owners in Pune are getting as many cylinders as they want from them But we cannot get

one cylinder. On enquiry we are replied that They are not receiving sufficient stock of cylinders from

company intime for distribution. Will; the responsible authority of Bharat Gas company look into the

matter so that harassment of customers like me is stopped?
