M/S Lloyd Finance Ltd
Nonpayment of F.D. maturity amount

Gentlemen:

On behalf of and for the benefit of my old mother Mrs. Urmil Gupta, I had invested Rs.14000/- in an F.D. with M/S Lloyd Finance Ltd in Nov 1997 for a priod of two years. To my utter sorrow, the company has not cared to pay back the due money inspite of repeated requests. The following are the details of the investment:

Date of deposit: 29/11/1997 date of maturity: 30/11/1999

I had hoped that they would spare atleast the souldiers of the country. May I hope that would come to my rescue and help me in getting my due money back as early as possible so that I can use it for the purpose which I had in mind while investing the money.
